Madison County Smart Start would like to invite all children ages 0 - 41/2 to join our
1/2 Birthday Club!
Your child will receive a FREE developmentally appropriate gift at:

3 1/ 2 years old

4 1/2 years old
Must be a Madison County, NC
resident to register
Our 1/2 Birthday Club will include a birthday party the month of your child's 1/2 birthday where they will receive a developmentally appropriate gift.
Join us at Mars Hill University on the third Thursday of each month from 3:00 pm - 6:30 pm.
Our first event will be held in February 2026
